adding more line definition to the garments.

 

developing experiment of line and photoshop colour above.

below i have adding lines to the garments and neck kayan as i feel the illustration above lacks definition, i also think the combination of line and block colour looks too disjointed and needs to have link together in some way. 

i feel now i have added more line definition to the garments etc makes the combination of 2 medias link together and makes the illustration look like a finished subtle piece. 

adding minimal colour : using the technique Judith van den hoek has done here-

i only applied a small amount of colour as i like how it allows the viewer to fill in the rest for themselves, instead of adding each detail and exact photocopy of the image i was working from.
