artist threads

my friend helena told me about a competition brief she had been informed about which she felt would be suitable for my taste and way of working. after finding the website with this competition is on, (artist threads) i was pleasantly surprised to see that this was a website you can use as a platform to showcase your own work with a personal profile, it can also be used to network with other creatives with a account. this is great as i really need to make my self known to as many people/creative platforms as possible.
the benefit of this site is that i can also see what creative events are happening, and keep informed of any up and coming competitions.
